These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Made New Printing offers custom-printed apparel, merchandise, and related products. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or duplicate.

Custom and print-on-demand orders are produced specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrectly printed item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Product colors may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of fabric printing. We are not responsible for color variations within industry-standard tolerances.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Made New Printing does not store your full credit card information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

We offer standard shipping to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations), as well as local pickup and local delivery where available. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Made New Printing is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

By submitting artwork, logos, or designs for printing, you represent that you own or have the legal right to use and reproduce that content. You agree to indemnify and hold Made New Printing harmless from any claims arising from the content you submit.

We do not knowingly print material that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to decline any order that we believe may violate these rights.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Made New Printing and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Made New Printing is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

When you place an order and check the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping updates, pickup notifications, and order status changes. These are sent regardless of marketing preference.
• Promotional emails — new product announcements, special offers, organization updates, and occasional newsletters — only if you have opted in.

You may withdraw your consent for promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email, or by contacting us at 509madenewprinting@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect delivery of transactional messages related to your orders.
